Preorder Policy
Preorders
Preorder items do not ship immediately. Your purchase is expected to arrive within the timeframe stated at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Preorders ship in the order they are received and as stock becomes available.
Your order may be delivered at any time within the specified timeframe and may or may not be delivered at the same time as other preorders within the same delivery window. As stated above, orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Please note that the delivery schedule is an estimate. We will notify you immediately if there are any changes to this time frame.
Cancellations
Preorders are refundable and can be cancelled at any time until the item ships, but a cancellation fee of €15.00. For cancellations, please contact customer service by sending an email to info@kiddly.nl or via the contact form .
Cancellation fees will not apply in the event that the delivery window is changed or extended by KIDDLY. You will be notified if there is a change in the delivery window and will be eligible for free cancellation in the event that the delivery window is extended.
Pre-order return policy
Returns for pre-orders are subject to the same return policy as all other orders. This includes the 14 day return period (as set out in our Returns Policy). Please read the Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.
Payment
Your full payment will be taken at the time of purchase to reserve your item. You will pay now for your item to be shipped at a later date. You will receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at a later date when your item is ready to be shipped with a track and trace code.
